This policy explains what CluedUp Pizza ("we", "us") collects through clue.pizza and how we use it. By using the site you agree to this policy.

What we collect

• Early access requests: what you enter in the form: your name, restaurant or brand, email, and anything optional you add (phone, city, number of locations, email platform, notes).
• Emails you send us: the content of any message you send to our contact address.
• Technical data: the standard information sent with every web request, such as IP address, browser type and pages requested, used to keep the site secure and working.

The demo puzzle runs in your browser. We don't record your guesses.

How we use it

• To respond to your request and contact you about CluedUp.
• To run, secure and improve the site.
• To meet legal obligations.

We don't sell or rent your personal information.

Third-party services

The site is delivered through Cloudflare and loads fonts from Google Fonts, which receive your IP address as part of the request. These providers handle data under their own privacy policies.

Cookies

This site doesn't use advertising or tracking cookies.

How long we keep it

We keep early access details for as long as we need them to follow up with you and run our business, and we delete them on request.

Your choices

You can ask us to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you by emailing hello [at] clue [dot] pizza. Depending on where you live (for example California, the EU or the UK), you may have more rights under local law, and we'll honor them.

Children

This site is for businesses and isn't directed to children under 13. We don't knowingly collect their information.

Changes

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
