These terms cover your use of clue.pizza (the "site"), run by CluedUp Pizza ("we", "us"). By using the site you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.
The site describes CluedUp, a puzzle marketing service for restaurants, and lets you join early access. The puzzle on the home page is a demo. Restaurant names, rewards, codes, streaks and leaderboards shown on the site are examples, not real offers or real customers. Use of the CluedUp service itself will be covered by a separate agreement.
Joining early access doesn't create any obligation for you or for us. We may contact you about it using the details you give us, as described in our privacy policy.
The CluedUp name, logo, puzzles, design and content of the site belong to us or our licensors. You may not copy or reuse them without permission, except as the law allows.
The site may link to or load content from third parties. We aren't responsible for their content or practices.
The site is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
To the fullest extent the law allows, we aren't liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or any loss of profits or data, arising from your use of the site.
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed. If you keep using the site, you accept the updated terms.
